Beer
On tap
Monpiër de Gherdëina – Piersëch
Honey Saison, 5.9% vol, 0.3l
Beer inspired by Schüttelbrot, typical bread of Val Gardena, is produced in the Ortisei brewery with barley and rye malt, and spiced with cumin, fennel seeds , anise and coriander. Refermented with forest honey, it has a clear appearance, a fresh nose with hints of yeast, a very balanced taste between sweet and bitter, dry and spicy.
€6
Doctor B – MYGYM
Heller Bock, 7% vol, 0.3l
The aromatic profile is characterized by malts that give aromas of honey and bread crust. But unlike the amber sisters, the hopped part becomes an integral part of the aromas, giving spicy and floral notes, and a more marked if not predominant bitterness.
€6
Private Stock – Old Ale
Old Ale, 10% vol, 0.3l
Old Ale made with the addition of Vincotto di figs, with a deep amber color with ruby nuances, veiled, with a compact and fairly persistent ocher foam. The nose is elegant, with evident aromas of molasses, plum, caramel and red fruit in alcohol. An ethyl nuance attributable to Port and a woody scent are noticeable when the beer is heated. The presence of fig vincotto emerges on the palate, with a note of molasses and licorice typical of this product, moreover, caramel and red fruit in alcohol (cherry, black cherry and raisins) are back.

Mc 77 – Fleur Sofronia
Blanche with hibiscus, 5% vol, 0.3l
Free interpretation of a Belgian Blanche in which the classic spiciness is enriched with whole hibiscus flowers of North African origin. The infusion gives the surprising intense pink color and the floral aroma, while in the mouth it gives a pleasantly acidic touch that increases its freshness.

Liquid – Passenger
West Coast IPA, 6% vol, 0.3l
Passenger is a beer with a medium alcohol content. It is inspired by the type of American IPA, the US incarnation of the classic Anglo-Saxon IPA, revisited in a modern key according to the ingredients available on site and local taste. As for the hops, the Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo cultivar course is foreseen. In the aromatic profile there are notes of resin, citrus and tropical fruit and later brushstrokes similar to melon and spices.

Schlenkerla – Marzen
Rauchbier, 5.1% vol, 0.3l
Famous smoked beer from Bamberg, it owes its distinctive aroma and flavor to smoked malt with Bavarian beech wood. Dark in color with ruby reflections, it emanates intense aromas of speck, in the background hints of fruit (plums and figs), caramel and a little coffee. The aromatic and gustatory profile is a masterpiece of intensity, balance and complexity. The smoked note is always present, almost intrusive. The palate is attacked by a “bonfire” of speck and toasted bread, resting on slightly sweet notes that recall dark fruit and caramel. The central part of the drink allows the hops to give a low level of bitterness with a citrus note.

Nix – Volturno
Pils, 5% vol, 0.4l
This beer is modeled on traditional Pilsner, identified by a balanced low fermentation, easy to drink and elegant. In the aromatic profile there are notes of bread crust, flowers and honey and more distant trends attributable to cut grass and spices.
€6
Liquida – Family on board
West Coast IPA, 6.5% vol, 0.3l
Family On Board is a beer with a medium alcohol content. It draws inspiration from the typology of American IPAs, the US incarnation of traditional British IPAs, revisited in a modern key according to the local taste and the ingredients available on site. In the aromatic profile there are notes of tropical fruit, resin and citrus and more distant brushstrokes attributable to spices and melon.

Bonavena – Pound for pound

Boon – Mariage Parfait Geuze 2013
Geuze, 8% vol, 0.75l
Assembled by Brouwerij Boon in Lembeek, the Belgian village where lambics are born, is defined as Oude Geuze, Geuze à l’Ancienne, Old Style Geuze. Only the best three-year-old lambics are mixed with a small amount of new lambic to create this geuze, and the result is a perfect marriage. To withstand the abundance of aromas in this beer, the lambics used to create it are left to ferment for a long time, and the Oude Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8% vol. Dry beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized, it releases aromas of lime and mandarin peel, vanilla, a refreshing acidity and a nice pseudocaloric sensation.
